I absolutely adored the charming and elegant decoration of the hotel. The classic furniture and beautiful artwork created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lobby and the lounge, were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. Additionally, I was delighted to find that the hotel was equipped with elevators, which made it easily accessible for senior people like myself.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there seemed too preoccupied and could have been more attentive to our specific requirements.

I stayed at a stunning hotel in a beautiful city and it was an absolute delight. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcomed. The design of the building, built around ancient ruins, was absolutely stunning. The hotel is small and cosy, and easily accessible from the airport. The location in Citta Alta offered stunning views and was close to funiculars for exploring Bergamo. The city itself is a compact and picturesque gem with excellent food and wine. I am already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

You can take a leisurely stroll to the funicular railway, making it easy to explore other nearby attractions. the hotel is also conveniently located close to shops and eateries if you want to try the local cuisine. the terrace offers a stunning view of the mountains and is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The check-out process may be a little slow due to a lack of staff at the reception.

Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room was not only comfortable but also modern and clean, with a unique see-through shower. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the picturesque old town, making it easy to explore. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing attentive service around the clock.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of vegetarian options. Everything else was fantastic, from the beautiful setting to the friendly and professional staff.

The medieval atmosphere was enchanting, the Italian dishes divine, and the staff a delight. Just be careful not to get cooked in the sauna!
The sauna made me feel like a roasted chicken. Who needs privacy in the bathroom anyway?

We spent a wonderful Christmas stay in a hotel in the heart of an old town. the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, greeting us with mulled wine on arrival. the room was modern and spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony with a lovely view of the town. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything. the breakfast was delicious, with many varieties of food and beverages.
The price for parking was a bit too high for our budget. We had to pay for using the hotel's parking, and the city tax was expensive as well.

This hotel exceeded my expectations by offering exclusive amenities like a private pool and spa services on, demand. the room had a sleek and modern design, with a comfortable bed and high, quality linens. the staff was attentive and fulfilled all of my luxurious needs.
The only minor issue was the limited breakfast options, although all of the items offered were high, quality and delicious.

We had a romantic escape to a luxurious hotel in a charming old town. The breakfast selection was excellent and the cleanliness top-notch. The staff was attentive and polite.
The price was too high for the few facilities offered. The jacuzzi was out of service, and the lack of parking in the area was inconvenient.
